All my documents are called “xxAttached Document”

This can be fixed by checking the Preference for “Show notes in Events tree”

• Open any ProLaw matter
• From the menu choose ‘Tools’ and then click ‘Preferences’
• On the ‘Search’ tab, place a check in “Show notes in Events tree”
• Done
