To Change your Outgoing Messages:
Press the messages button on your phone and enter your password when prompted.
Press 2 to change your “Busy Greeting”
Press 3 to change your “No Answer” Greeting
Press 4 to change you “Extended Away” Greeting
To Change your Recorded Name:
Press the messages button on your phone and enter your password when prompted.
Press * to access the “Com Pilot Voice Portal”
Press 3 to go to the “Greetings” menu
Press 1 to record your “Name”
Note: These instructions are not for initial phone setup when your password has been reset. For initial phone setup the menu system will prompt you for a message and recorded name.
