When you are looking at the list of “My Matters” ProLaw shows too many column headings by default. Good news! You can customize which column headings appear, and more importantly, which ones don’t.
If you right click on any column heading, you will get a list of all the headings which can be displayed. You can then check or un-check any of the headings depending on whether you want to see them or not. See Figure 1 below.
This is especially useful for the Staff Case/CWJC Staff case headings. You can display those in your list of cases to ensure that the correct case type is selected without having to go into the matter’s custom tab. As we all know, this is critical when ProLaw permissions are applied.
